It uses the effect of dry hot air at 80 ° C. Duration of stay in the sauna is 10-15 minutes. As soon as you feel hot, leave heating room and cool with shower or with water flow from bucket. After a short rest, the whole procedure can be repeated two- time bis three times. Stay in the sauna always quit with cold shower and rub the skin thoroughly.
Regular using of sauna contributes to an increasing of nonspecific immunity, to the hardening, to the overall regeneration and relaxation.
