Krakonoš is back in Harrachov!

The legend of the mountains is back! Krakonoš is coming to the center of Harrachov for the 77th time to bring joy, fun and the magic of traditional mountain folklore. Join the magnificent procession, enjoy a rich accompanying program and celebrate the arrival of spring in the company of Krakonoš, his entourage and many other characters from the legends of the Krkonoše Mountains.

A program full of fun for the whole family

• 09:30 – Mask registration
• Location: intersection opposite the JIP store
• Come in costume and take part in the competition for the best mask!
• 10:30 – Grand procession of Krakonoš
• Krakonoš led by his entourage, Trautenberk, the counts Harrach, Muha and Izerína
• The procession will be accompanied by the Jilemnice Ladies and Girls Association and the brass band Táboranka
• 11:45 – Ceremonial welcome on the square
• Speech by Krakonoš, the mayor of the city, BACK TO THE TOP athletes and distinguished guests
• 12:20 – The Fire of the Winners performed by JENDE
• 12:30 – Performance by the majorettes of Novoveska nad Nisou
• 13:00 – Entertainment for children with mascots
• Children's games, competitions and a fairy-tale atmosphere
• 14:00 – Announcement of the competition for the best masks
• 14:45 – Concert by the Kompress band
• 16:45 – Performance by Nikita and Filip
