Discover the Magic of the Jizera Mountains

Are you looking for a hike that will immerse you in forest silence, guide you through enchanting peat bogs, and lead you to one of the most picturesque mountain villages in the Czech Republic? Set off from Harrachov along the Tři iseriny educational trail to Jizerka – a magical place where time slows down and nature takes center stage.

The route begins at the Harrachov swimming pool or Rýžoviště and leads along marked forest paths toward the well-known village of Jizerka in the heart of the Jizera Mountains. Along the way, you’ll encounter peat bogs, forest trails, views of Mount Bukovec, and above all, peaceful solitude.

Jizerka feels like a fairytale – a handful of wooden cottages, silence, meadows, the babbling Safírový Stream, and refreshments in the Panský dům or at the small kiosk. It’s the perfect spot for a picnic, a rest, or a mineral-hunting adventure.
